Terms of Service
Your doctor has prescribed medication(s) subsidised by the Australian Commonwealth under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). You are eligible to receive this subsidy if you are an Australian resident with a current Medicare card and the medication is dispensed at a PBS pharmacy. Your doctor may also prescribe medication, which is not subsidised by the PBS, but which may be funded by the sponsor of one of your PBS-subsidised medicines.
It is your decision which pharmacy dispenses your prescription medications.
JustMeds provides specialised medication logistics and support services to benefit patients and treatment outcomes. By completing this form, you appoint JustMeds to manage all aspects of your medication provision, together with any consumables and treatment requirements. This may include direct supply to your nominated address at an agreed date and time.
Your nominated address may be a home, workplace, or other convenient location. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery unless you provide authority to leave (ATL). Where ATL is provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you once left at the agreed location, including cold-chain integrity risk.
This service will usually be provided at no cost to you (other than any mandatory PBS co-payment).
