This depends on your location and delivery method:

We can try to accommodate a preferred date — please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best.

📦 Cold Box (StarTrack)

Specific dates cannot be guaranteed. Orders are dispatched Monday and Tuesday, typically arriving within 1–3 business days.

💡 We recommend ordering at least 7 business days before you need your medication to allow for any delays.

My medication arrived in a reusable box — how do I return it?

Your medication is delivered in a reusable cold box. Both the box and the ice bricks need to be returned. A prepaid return label is included inside the box.

How to return:

  1. Remove your medication and refrigerate it immediately
  2. Leave the ice bricks inside the box — they must be returned with it
  3. Fold and seal the box securely
  4. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside
  5. Drop it at your nearest post office — no cost to you
ℹ️ Please return the box and ice bricks promptly after receiving your delivery. This helps us keep the service running for all patients.

Prescriptions & Repeats
What happens to my repeats?

We keep your repeats on file so you don't need to resend your prescription each time. When you're ready for your next supply, simply place a repeat order and we'll dispense from your remaining repeats.

💡 We recommend reordering when you use your last remaining dose, or at least 7 business days before you need your next supply.
How do I know how many repeats I have remaining?

Check the label on your medication box — the number of repeats remaining is printed below the price.

If you're unsure, contact us and we'll check for you:

Do I have to send in my physical prescription? I'd like to keep a copy.

Yes — as per Australian law, we require the original physical prescription before we can dispense your medication. A photocopy or scan alone is not sufficient.

However, you can:

  • Take a photo or photocopy of your script before sending it, to keep as a personal record
  • Ask your doctor for an eScript (electronic prescription token) — this removes the need to mail anything at all

How do I pay?

Once your order is ready to dispatch, we send you a private, secure payment link via SMS or email. You pay only the standard PBS co-payment — there are no additional fees for our dispensing or delivery service.

💊 Patients pay no fees for the JustMeds service. You only pay the required PBS co-payment — the same amount you'd pay at any pharmacy.
