## Who we are
JustMeds is an online medication ordering service. Your prescription is dispensed by our partner pharmacy, Shane Henry Amcal. The two entities behind this service are:

## What we collect
When you place an order with us, we collect:
- Your name, phone, email, and (where relevant) delivery address
- Your Medicare number or concession card number (for prescription processing)
- Your prescription (eScript token or a photo/PDF of your paper script)
- Where required, your age confirmation (e.g. that you are 18 or older)
- Your payment details, which go directly to our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see your card number
We also collect basic technical information about your visit (such as IP address and browser type) through our website host.

We collect this information so we can:
- Verify your identity and eligibility
- Dispense your medication
- Deliver it to you (or to your prescribing clinic, depending on the service)
- Take payment
- Contact you about your order if something needs clarification
- Meet our legal obligations as a registered Australian pharmacy
That's it. We don't collect information for any other purpose.

## Who we work with to deliver this service
We use a small number of trusted service providers to make this service work. Each is named here, and each only receives the information they need to do their part:
- Stripe — processes your payment securely. We never receive your full card details.
- Web3Forms — securely transmits your order from the website to our pharmacy team.
- Squarespace — hosts our website.
- Delivery couriers — receive the delivery address (your home, your clinic, or wherever you've nominated) to bring your medication to you.
- Your prescribing clinic — where you've used a clinic-supported program, we let the clinic know your order is on its way so they can prepare for your appointment.
We may also need to share information with Australian government and regulatory bodies (such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration, the Pharmacy Board of Australia, Medicare, or law enforcement) where the law requires us to.
That's the complete list. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

## Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers (Stripe, Web3Forms, Squarespace) operate from servers based outside Australia, including in the United States. When you place an order, your information — including your prescription — may pass through or be stored on those overseas servers. We rely on the contractual privacy commitments of those providers to keep your information safe.

## How we protect it
We use:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data between your browser and our systems
- Access controls so only our pharmacy team and authorised platform staff can see your information
- Secure email and physical storage for any paper prescriptions
No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information at every stage.

## How long we keep it
- Prescription and dispensing records as required by Australian pharmacy law
- Payment records — kept for 7 years, as required by the Australian Tax Office
- Your contact details — kept while you're an active customer and for a reasonable period afterwards
After these periods, we securely destroy or de-identify your information.

- See the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- Complain if you think we've mishandled your information
